Treason is the worst crime that can be committed. It is worse than murder and still carries the death penalty. This is because treason is a crime that threatens the lives of everyone in the country. The last person to be executed for treason was William Joyce (Lord Haw-Haw) in 1946. William Joyce was a British passport holder at the time he committed his act of treason by broadcasting anti-British propaganda from Nazi Germany at the beginning of the WII. He later renounced his British citizenship and became a German. At this point his ceased to be a traitor. However at the end of the war he was arrested and tried for the treason he committed when he was a British citizen. He was found guilty and hanged in 1946. Recently we have seen British Muslims convicted of terrorism. They pleaded guilty and got a lighter sentence. This was wrong! As British subjects they committed treason and should have been tried and convicted of such. There is a good historical precedence for this and that was the Gunpowder Plot by Guy Fawkes and his co-conspirators. The target was exactly the same as those Muslim traitors - the Houses of Parliament! Guy Fawkes and his colleagues were found guilty of treason and hung, drawn and quartered.

There are two kinds of laws in the UK. Constitution and Common Law and Statute Law. Treason is covered by Constitution Law which takes precedence over Statute Law and is what protects the people from despotic and tyrannical governments and sovereigns. Constitution Law cannot be repealed whereas Statute Law can.

Treason is committed when Constitution Law is violated. There are many things that constitute acts of treason. Here are a number of examples:

Threatening to kill the Queen or making become a servant Queen controlled by a foreign country.
Trying to change, the House of Commons, the House of Lords or the Crown (which is the office of the Queen but not the queen herself).
Allowing foreign interference in the country's internal affairs.
Allowing foreign courts to extradite British subjects for trial in other countries.
Allowing British assets to be bought or taken over by non-British people or companies.
Reducing our armed forces to the point of not being able to defend ourselves.
It can be seen from this list that every British Government, since joining the EU, has committed treason under all the items of the above list.

John Major, on signing the Maastricht Treaty, stated that the Queen was now a citizen of the EU. This is effectively making the Queen a servant Queen under the control of the EU.

Joining the EEC (EU) allowed the 27 un-elected Commissioners of the EEC to dictate to us what we can and cannot do.
The EU courts have exercised their form of justice on British subjects without any reference to our own courts. The last time this had been attempted was by the pope in Rome over who should or shouldn't be king of England. He was put firmly in his place by Edward III.
Just about every British asset that we once owned is now owned or controlled by non-British companies and agencies. We have lost our fishing industry, our farming was ruined by the Common Agricultural Policy, our iron and steel industries are owned by an Indian company, some water companies are foreign owned, our shipbuilding was destroyed by EEC membership and our railways are now German owned. All those British politicians and senior civil servants who orchestrated this committed treason.
The financial crisis caused by bad Government was the excuse used to deplete our Army, Navy and Airforce with 'necessary' cut-backs. This country has never been so vulnerable since the WWII. The armed sevices have been involved in wars that have nothing to do with this country.

THE CONSPIRACY

In 2004, under the Freedom of Information Act, a request was made to reveal over 600 documents from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). These documents provide damning evidence that the Heath Government (not Parliament) conspired to hide the truth of what membership of the EEC (EU) was really going to mean to this country. These documents are marked 'Confidential' and were circulated around only those in Heath's Cabinet and one or two top civil servants.

The conspiracy involved persuading via the media that joining the EEC was the best thing that this country could do. The media including the BBC and ITV were asked to remove their anti-EEC reporters and journalists to be replaced by pro-EEC reporters and journalists. We were told that it was to be a trading agreement and that there would be no threat to our sovereignty i.e. there would be no interference in the internal affairs of this country by the EEC.

A small department was set up by a senior civil servant named Norman Reddawy, and run by a lady called Miss. Petrie, to write letters, ostensibly from the public, to the press extolling the virtues of joining the EEC. Listen to Norman Reddaway being interviewed here. Thousands of these letters were written and published. The impression they created was that the public was in favour of membership which of course was untrue. Anti-EEC groups were set up in opposition but they were not given an equal opportunity to argue their case.
