BREAKING NEWS: 2nd shooting: 2 people shot on I-20 W. near Flowers Exit

Flowers, MS is about 110 miles from Hattiesburg, MS.

I grew up in Hattiesburg and the officer murders are a shock to the entire city. The 2 suspects are probably wishing they were in Abu Ghraib instead of at the MS Highway Patrol right about now.

For those of you thinking people in MS aren't armed to the teeth you would be incorrect. Just as many people here have guns as they do in Texas (per capita of course) except most here carry concealed instead of open. There is an open carry law allowing us to do that, but we'd rather not advertise it.

Several store owners in the capital city of Jackson have exercised their right to defend their property and did so successfully. You'll never hear about that on the MSM of course because for once the good guys won.
