It's common to garnish it, poured out of the bottle, into a glass with an orange twist.

Anshuser Busch made their Pepsi to that Coke with "Shocktop" - another beer you just so happen to garnish with an orange.

5% alcohol, nothing special.

Maybe it's a Florida thing, but Rum is the way to go... Coke Zero and you're not drinking any calories (beer gut)
