That cop deserves a medal. The negro perp (but I repeat myself) was not getting down on the ground. His motion completely stopped and he was positioned like a sprinter ready to bolt. The cop was trying to get him down but got a lucky hit and knocked him out.

But besides all that an out of control career criminal like this particular negro needs to be "tuned up". With his record its obvious that our courts are no deterrent. 3rd World people with 3rd World ways and 3rd World habits can only create 3rd World conditions and require 3rd World police tactics.

The cops didn't rob or kill the person. He got kicked during arrest. Which, is not appropriate at all.

You'll also notice that even in cases like this where there is no question there was police brutality there will be provocateurs defending the cops. They are paid just like some of the demonstrators in these protests are being paid. If the whites, blacks, and Hispanics came together against state power there would be some dramatic changes.
