Just woke up from a dream and had 2 finger prints on my arm. Photo attached.

They do look like finger prints, I've just done a test by pressing my other fingers next to them and they turn a the usual yellowish colour and fade away.

I've had that happen. You fall asleep on top of you hand and it leaves an imprint. You were probably lying on top of both arms with you hand overlapping your other hand.

I have them from time to time, in my case you see a whole hand on my chest placed in a way I could never do with neither of my two hands. Sometimes they are very small hands. What is weird that they last very long, it is like they are burnt in the skin. I think it is made by spirits around us for whatever reason.
