Energy surges today

While resting, meditating, I was sensing these waves of energetic like conscious impulses.

They felt like they originate somewhere in the lower body and had a certain greater density through the neck towards the head. There was no mistaking them, couldn't ignore it or miss it.

It was almost unbearable yet pleasant. Like being on the edge of pleasant to horrible. Sharp but compassionate.

I then felt someone walk across my bed. I looked up and no one was in the room. Few times I had things like this occur. This was one of those few moments. Where I was certain there was a presence around me, in the room with me.


I wasn't scared, it felt reassuring, invigorating, emotionally inspiring.

Happened around 9AM Eastern standard.

Thought I'd share this moment. Whether others experienced this today or they simply want to read it, discuss it.
