Obama is a criminal who didnt budget anything hos first five years as pres so how did he win 2 nd election with no budget his first four years??
He didnt budget anything on purpose because he is a jitt that wanted to push and extort everyone with obamacare because govt was to run out of money on october 2 2013, so they created obamacare to extort everyone with over him purposely not budgeting because they are all punks criminal extortion and everything else!!
