Re: Why is not anyone discussing the bright star in western sky
I got a clear window into the NW last night all night and no anomaly.

I got some practice with the camera and Skyview and scouted a couple of good viewing locations as well as went to the local observatory with my other brother but last night the Full Moon made it pretty lousy to look at the sky and no one was there. Also, pictures are tough so far. I think I am going to keep doing this to get some practice and learn some stuff plus I had a super good time.

Venus and Jupiter are the early evening highlights and then later Saturn and the Moon are doing the Tango.
You cannot destroy my vision when you see my vision undestroyed because I am just an undestroyer.

Venus my ass and then you will no its big. I have hunted, slept on dear trails, ect. since I was a boy, and I know I have never seen anything like it until a couple of years ago, and it just keeps getting bigger. I looked at star charts a couple of years ago and it was not even close to where Venus was suppose to be.

I know a couple of years ago someone mentioned a bright star and everyone kept posting back that it was Venus; However, I have watched that star now for two years in the same spot and it is getting bigger. Heck, we run around like program machines now and don't even notice. I live way up North where the sky is crystal clear not full all the time with chemtrails, and I am telling you; I have never seen anything like it in the sky in my 53 years--you would think everyone would be talking about it, but even my hick country neighbors up here have not said a thing. I mean its big and larger than two years ago. You will see it right after sunset about 10:00 in the sky. It will be gone by Midnight any credable answers other than its Venus because I know its not.

So funny to read this thread /oh, but not really. I was on an AA flight last night from LGA to ATL and that 'star' grabbed my attention for most of the flight. I took numerous pictures however the 1st was bazaar to say the least.

Something tells me that we're in trouble and that is the reason for all of the preps: JH/DUMBS, etc...Take a look for yourself and please don;t insult my intelligence with 'it's a lens flare' or something equally retarded.

Uh, oh...how can I get this pic in the post? Please advise -you all have to see this! The so-called 'star' is Blue and not white. Taken with a Samsung S5 at 35,000 feet does seem to bring things much closer than at ground level...

You do know, being 35,000 feet in the air does not bring stars any closer to you at all, you may say "Well technically I'm 35,000 feet closer" Okay, well, those stars are like 35,000,000,000,000,000,000 feet away from you, so, it really doesn't make you any closer to them at all.

I have nothing further.
