Homicides in 2015 so far stand at 100, up from 71 for the same period last year, and on pace to be the Charm City’s deadliest year since 2007. Nonfatal shootings are up 70 percent this year, following a particularly violent week that saw 19 people shot on Tuesday and Wednesday alone.

American crime rates are directly proportional to black population proportion. It's the only accurate predictor of criminality in 100% of the cases.
The fact is that black culture is based on criminal behavior and refusal to live honestly, soberly and productively.

As if the problem was the Balt city cops picking up violent criminals or murderers and abusing them, lol...

You think there would be a riot over a cop shooting or injuring someone who just murdered someone or is it more likely they were looking for guys on bikes who looked at them wrong or drug users/dealers- shooting/abusing them and that's why we had a riot in the first place.

I guess the mayor didn't want this much "room to destroy". Now she can't turn off the Destroy Valve.

So the thugs take over. Crime rises. Businesses fail. Eventually even the criminals have to leave. Kinda like Detroit. If you leave it alone maybe they will all shoot each other. You can either honor the cops who are trying to protect you or you can dishonor them and deal with it yourself.

the riots in Detroit put an end to the tough, but necessary, police tactics that were needed to keep gangs and violent crime in check. that is the sad truth, whether you want to believe it or not

when the cops had to back off in the wake of Detroit riot, violent crime went up, followed by MASSIVE white flight, both in terms of residents and businesses

similar sequence of events happened across the country, and is the REAL reason why so many cities went down the toilet

So the violence was increasing before the riots?

And also, how do the riots affect these numbers?

Sounds like hogwash, trying to say the riots caused the increase, when in fact, the increase happened before the riots.
