No person is the great destroyer or Satan, even though there is a book called "The Great Destroyer" and it was about Barack Obama. But the words in Greek and Hebrew are specifically referring to Satan.

These angels are certainly fallen angels. Their sole purpose is to kill. This "power of death" (Hebrews 2:14

). The four angels bound in the Euphrates are certainly fallen angels.

The only possibility that I know of regarding the chains of darkness is where abaddon lives that is to say outer darkness he cannot come to the light .
