That is madness. It shows a lack of knowledge of history. Khazakhstan had what, 600 nukes, strategic H-bombs? How many did Ukraine have? Those were the stupidest moves in history. That could only have happened because of corrupt leadership. Dumbass Khadaffi gave up his nuclear program, and look what happened to him. North Korea is correct to develop more and better nuclear warheads and missiles. The CIA and the globalists who control it are hell bent on conquering the world. Nuclear weapons are the only thing that keeps a country safe. It's too late for Ukraine. Ukraine is finished. It will be split up into territories along ethnic lines. Poland will gain territory in the west. Donbass will gain more territory in the east, eventually, Mariupol, Slaviansk, Harkov, Odessa, etc. Where will Transdniestria go? Eventually part of Novorossiya and then Russia along with Donbass and most of eastern Ukraine? Viktor Yanukovich was the best President Ukraine ever had. The dumbasses should not have overthrown him. It's always a mistake to cooperate with the US to overthrow a sovereign legitimate government because the US does not care about any country including the US.
