Yesterday, I was in a lot of pain and sleep deprived. I decided best to stay home, but oh I wanted the chewy ice from chic-fil-a so bad!!! My co-worker called and said she was swinging by to drop off some stuff, and did I need anything :) She said she was as planning on Sunday, but felt like she should today as well. :) ICE!!!!!

I love being connected properly. And I want to see us use this connection (that all souls have if they put in the work) to make the change to a better reality. The doom and gloom and fear has got to go.
