Haven't watched the vid, but have to say......you gotta go with what your happy with personally. Three of my friends were workout aholics.....their all dead now! Me, I'm a total sloth but work hard. I also eat well, drink enough and smoke too. Reason I do this......coz i like it and I don't care to impress anybody. I love my whisky and my rollups. And I get up every morning feeling great. And all at 60! Lifes a roll of the dice I guess.

This is very true! I have alot of friends who workout and run very aggressively and 2 of the people I knew who were avid runners dropped dead of massive heart attacks.

My dad is almost 80 and has smoked since he was 14 and is healthier and stronger than a damn horse!

About the guy though, he's clearly in very good condition but he's not quite using his body weight to full potential, even with all of those awkward movements.

He's getting endurance benefits, but not maximizing his potential strength benefits.

I'd like to get alot more "toned" but damn if I just don't like to cook too much. Thus I even look at food and my ass jiggles for a month!!!

yeah aggressive constant workouts defeat the purpose, especially when it comes to intense cardiovascular work or endurance type exercise, the key is moderation

I am not decrying the guy and fully take my cap off to those who work out. But I have the enviable position of saying. I love my life and wouldn't change it for the world. Despite having been in an Aircraft crash, boat wreck, survived a cranial aneuriysm, major kidney probs etc etc. When I go I go. End of. But life is a journey to be enjoyed and not a goal to be reached.
