I am guessing they are not black because the cop still has his job and it is not the biggest story on CNN.

and you can be sure that if the girls had been cited, this would be part of their lifetime criminal history and would constitute a bar to travel into Canada and some other countries (not kidding here!)

Lemonade stands were how I made money for the things I wanted when I was young. Today, it is simply illegal, due to GOVERNMENT.

You get the government you voted for, folks.

Here is an idiot who needs big brother to wipe his ass for him.

In all my years I have never heard of anyone dying from drinking lemonade from a childs lemonade stand.

When I was young the schools would have bake sales where you could buy all kinds of wonderful homemade baked good. This is no longer allowed. No one I know ever died from this either.

Our society is sick and dying and no one takes personal responsibility anymore.

I'm just waiting for the collapse.

I didn't "scour" the internet. Google is your friend. It took me two seconds. You should learn how to do it.

I believe the question I answered was when has lemonade at a lemonade stand ever been known to cause health problems. Of course people are poisoned by restaurant food, but that wasn't the question. Learn to read and interpret. So you resort to name calling and vulgarity? Nothing intelligent to say?

Name-calling is one of the most common tactics people use to hurt others or disparage them. It often occurs when someone has an emotional argument to make with little or no supporting logical argument.

"We have to follow state health guidelines", what a joke.

Grocery store shelves filled with every manner of chemical that will give you cancer, diabetes and a host of other diseases and ailments. Prescription drugs that have more side effects than fixes. Cigarettes, chew, alcohol, soda, sugar sold to you everywhere you look.

The "state" doesn't give one fuck about your health.

So quit bullshitting us.

Where did it all go wrong?
 Quoting: DanaScully

You can't take the business away from the guy who has a permit to sell drinks and hotdogs on the street, or people who pay their lease for their restaurants and convenience stores. Everyone would do it if you weren't required to get a permit. Once you let the kids do it, where does it stop? There are laws to be obeyed. Sorry. Incidents like this have been in the news before, and store owners complained when kids were selling drinks on the street.
