In short, they're trained not to beat the shit out of people or kill them for no reason. Cops in the Commonwealth countries I mentioned are also better educated than the average cop in the US. University degrees and training in social work are not unusual to see amongst cops in Canada, and entry into police school is highly competitive. |

I dont like it but I understand why cops restrain a person until they sort out the issue. That cop has no idea what your intentions or motivations are and he is going to protect himself first. |
