hmm, i like him but he is a bit too money bags for that role i feel as he prob has most of the fast cars he will test etc, also are the other two still doing it or did they go with clakkers?

It won't be the same. Ever. So much of what Top Gear was, wasn't scripted. It just came naturally from three mischievous pals, each with their own brilliant personality. You can't duplicate that. Once it's gone, it's gone. Look at TG USA for all the lackluster evidence you need of this.

Personally I don't think anyone can fill those boots, the nearest car nut I can think of that would be perfect for the role would be Rowan Atkinson..

well bbc is flashing that top gear trio wish evans well at foot of screen but i only have 2g at moment so cant access load heavy pages. So are hammond and slow still doing the show?

he interviewed Clarkson on radio 2 last week (or maybe 2 weeks ago). Evans was asking Clarkson what he was going to do bla bla....I did think Evans was taunting him a bit.....

& now we know why....

Perfect match. Evans is shit and so is Top Gear.

I heard James May and Richard Hammond turned down a 4 million dollar offer (each) to return without Jeremy Clarkson. So not sure where this is going. It won't be " Top Gear ".
