Oregon School District Pays $100,000 Per Year To Tell Teachers “All White People Are Racist.”

Gimme black people are always trying to get over on whitey and liberals are so retarded they are helping them.

It's like this, when a nice black person sees a ghetto thug walking down the road, they avoid them, too. That doesn't make them racist, no more than it makes me racist.

If I'm hiring people and you look like a thug, regardless of the color of your skin, I'm not hiring you. I would never hire anyone I would be afraid to fire.

There are, of course, real racists of all colors, but usually their low IQ prevents them from rising to a hiring position in HR or owning their own company.

Decent black people are doing just fine, they don't need nothing from anyone. The others can rot.

If America is so racist why are people flowing over the boarder? They usually come from places where everyone is the same race yet they want to risk their lives to be oppressed by whites?

EAGNews is reporting students and administrators at the Gresham-Barlow school district take a week-long “Coaching for Educational Equity” training conference where they are provided materials that tell them in order to be “anti-racist,” they must agree with the following statements:

“All white people are racist. I am a racist.”

“Despite my best intentions I will still act out of racism and people of color may have reason to be angry with me.”

It’s more of the “White Privilege” movement sweeping the country, complete with examples of “microaggressions” and declarations that phrases like “America is a melting pot” are racist and offensive.

The seminars go further, explaining that black students (even ones who are as American as anyone else) are unable to understand American concepts of “independence,” and “working hard for personal gain” because black culture is inherently socialist.

Yeah... many public schools have severe gang problems. Let's keep those problems instead! lol

We don't have that problem either. When 1984 and Animal Farm were removed from the libraries, my kid's school added them to the mandatory reading list.
