If this apalling attack was the other way round it would be called a racist hate crime.

Police have arrested three 13-year-old boys on suspicion of assault following a video showing a 12-year-old boy being violently attacked by two youths.
"The video was removed from Facebook just over four hours after it was uploaded, but had already been shared over 4,000 times and viewed by over 200,000 people. It was also posted to the English Defence League website, where it has been viewed over 100,000 times."
