well in the video of the man sitting with subtitles you cannot hear his voice just a voiceover and subtitles. so i was wondering if translation was correct.

And as for the blurred face thats the part where it shows the men sitting on the floor none of whom look like the man in the first part he is wearing dark blue. look again.
