The "flag" has a turned cross on it. I find it hard to believe any Christian would hold this above any other blood stained rag.

Because until recently, we were a nation that was blessed because the majority were Christian. When the majority turned away from God, the blessings are/were being removed. We were special - not so much any more. Heartbreaking to say the least.

The flag has not been "banned" in general. There is a move to remove it from government sites and some retailers are boarding the PC bandwagon by not offering it for sale, but this only makes it slightly more difficult to obtain one.

The manufacture and sale of it is not illegal. In fact, that might even be a good business to get into right now since the competition is voluntarily opting out.

So when government eventually bans references to Christianity from government sites, you will still be able to practice your Christian beliefs just as you will still be able to display a confederate battle flag.

Yea there's no way the churches will be able to pay their bills. But Mosques will still get government assistance.

Revival has come to countries with religious persecution. It will only come to the west when we are persecuted.

I have been SO ANGRY with Christians since the 2012 election when 60% of them voted for Obama. I'm still furious with them. And now I'm angry because they won't get down on their knees and repent for this country. It's a simple thing. God could put an end to TPTB with a breath, within a second. But Christians are too proud to admit that they have sinned and that they voted for a rabidly pro abortion candidate who had no accomplishments in life except the made up achievements put out there by his "handlers".

I blame the godless in this country and the nominal Christians who show up at Church every week looking like they are committed to Jesus, but their vote said otherwise. I blame the Congress who did not stop the formation of the Federal Reserve, and many from the past who allowed the plan of world enslavement to slowly be played out, from the 1920's to WWII to the sexual revolution to the Democratic Party for encouraging sinful behavior among young people and indoctrinating them against the values of their parents. It goes on and on since before the Civil War. But Christians could repent and move others to repent.

How easy it is to start a movement to buy Confederate flags which will do nothing. But it's so hard to get people to admit their sin and ask for forgiveness.

The apostles ASKED Jesus if they should smite the evil men who came to arrest Jesus BEFORE Peter struck the servant.

Jesus APPROVED of Peter using his sword against the evil GOVT leaders who came to arrest Him. Jesus ONLY told Peter to put his sword away because it was time for Jesus to give Himself up to die on the cross for us.
