plain truth about racism

In my field I worked very hard and made my way up the chain to job site superintendent. There is nothing about white supremacy or white privilege about it. Its all comes down to hard work. every shit part of that job I ever had anybody else do I have also already done myself. I had blacks whites Mexicans all kinds of people under my leadership. the last big job I worked on I fired a white guy for saying niger in front of a black guy. that particular black guy was and is the hardest worker I have ever met in my life. I would fire anyone who disrespected him or anyone else regardless of that fact. funny thing is I also had to fire two black people who are lazy as shit but I was a racist for doing that. There's no way (in their minds) it was because they were lazy and useless. this is how I see black people who claim racism constantly.
