The Old Timer's comment about 10 million people marching on DC caused me to look up something I'd heard in passing about Martin Luther King Jr. I don't know the details, but I read somewhere that he had written a significant speech on the concept of "Militant Non-Violence" but was assassinated prior to delivering it.

I haven't yet determined if that speech has been released, and if anyone has any info on it, I'd very much appreciate reading about it.

The term rings bells for me. "Militant Non-Violence." What exactly did that mean?

And thus, a whole new unexplored world of my vast ignorance of a subject that I didn't know was a subject has been opened up.

From his obituary, "...At the time he was assassinated in Memphis, Dr. King was involved in one of his greatest plans to dramatize the plight of the poor and stir Congress to help Negroes.

He called this venture the "Poor People's Campaign." It was to be a huge "camp-in" either in Washington or in Chicago during the Democratic National Convention.

In one of his last public announcements before the shooting, Dr. King told an audience in a Harlem church on March 26:

A formula for progress with peace. King had traveled to India in 1959 to study Gandhi. What he found was a science. In a radio address made during his final evening in India, King reflected,

Sexual immorality is America's Big Sin. America is steeped in it, up to it's eyeballs in it. It has gotten out of control and not one of you is able or willing to put it back in the bottle.

You would have to give up your porn and your sexual misdeeds and marry one wife and settle down with her for life and only have sex with her. The men and women of this country have gone so far off the reservation, they have decided that the old rules, which were in place for a reason, no longer apply to them. Now, they have no fault divorce, homosexuality, bisexuality, tranny's, everything goes.

There is no more rule concerning sexual immorality.

Then, there is the gluttonous greed of this nation going all the way up to Washington DC. This nation is drunk with the iniquity of her greed. She has whored with all the nations of the world and enriched them by buying their goods. She is the Whore of Babylon, drinking a cup of iniquity. The stock market, the money games, hell what they have done to the people with student loans to get education to earn a living. It is one vast financial scam that is sucking the money out of people's pockets faster than they can make it.

Murder...Well, we are up to our eyeballs in that sin as well. There is so much murder afoot that they are slaughtering the children at unprecedented numbers. A holocaust without end that is done behind closed doors in silence, but the abortuaries are slaughtering the next generation by between 3000 and 4000 children per day and that just in the United States. How long should God watch the murder going on and say nothing. Plus, when a citizen murders another, there is no justice. We are charged by God that when one man takes the life of another man that we are to take the life of the murderer. God is not unfair. He created sanctuaries for accidental murderers, but non-accidental murderers are supposed to be put to death by the state. Giving them years at the pen before putting them down is in direct violation of the directive that God gave to Noah. We are complicit in their murders because we don't let the blood rest on their heads. We have gotten in the way of justice.

So for just these 3 sins alone, what should God do with this unholy nation. But, then you have to add the rejection of God and His Law and the refusal to bow to our Creator God. Now, this is the kicker. God has been putting up with our other sins for a while now, but giving God the finger. That's the deal breaker.

What should God do to a nation that does what this unholy nation does? I don't know what He's going to do, but it is bad and we are going to suffer tremendously. He can take all the pleasures away. All the stores filled with stuff, all the internet porn all the fantasy games. God can strip us of our pleasures in an instant. This nation will no longer listen.
