HEY - if two people of the same sex want to be together, they could do that BEFORE this stupid ruling!!! If they wanted to be married, they could go to the justice of the peace and be married - So don't throw that crap about "how's it affecting" us... Because this new ruling will affect and EFFECT a lot of people - especially those that agree to disagree with same-sex marriage.

If your parents and/or your grandparents came from another country, then you may be eligible for working residency or citizenship in their country of origin.

If not, then you'll need to rely on personal wealth to apply for, possibly obtain, and certainly constantly re-certify in a country of choice that initially grants you working entry -- takes years in most cases and frequently results in intermittent deportations.

If you're not wealthy, and you don't have recent parental-familial ties to any other particular country, then you're pretty much limited to gaining entry to another country as a visitor, and working illegally to support yourself. You will, unfortunately, be hated by the locals and chased by the police for this.

If you're not willing to do that, then your only option is to promote and defend your values here or wherever you already are.


Note: there are such things as student visas (which fall into the wealth category, so therefore already covered), and highly-skilled-requested-worker visas (but you can't really pursue those), and working holiday visas (but you're likely too old), so none of those really apply.

Parents, Money, Fugitive, or Fight.

And, when faced with the certainty of becoming a fugitive in a foreign land vs becoming a fugitive due to the nature of your fight, it really doesn't make sense to try to "go" anywhere.
