Bus Unload/Load Drill in Washington DC suburbs Walmart- JADE HELM like

At this Wal-Mart Location:

There is a drill going on RIGHT NOW. Police have x'd off half of the Wal-Mart parking lot and they have numerous empty buses (but with drivers) in the lot. There are a couple Police who have set up cones, a generator, and a tent. It seems like a dry run for bus unloading and reloading... Oddly enough the Buses are mostly just taxing and not doing shit but maneuvering around the police, who are just reclining in chairs. Additionally they have 1 or two signs out saying "Load Zone for game." but there are NO passengers anywhere to be seen for 2 days (I work in the area, today is end of second day), and the police and buses just sit there all day doing nothing but maneuvering around the Wal Mart lot. This is taking place in an extremely crowded shopping center and most of the population only notices that the Parking lot is being cut in half by this drill.

The JADE HELM drill in not in VA, but this struck me as odd with all the Wal-Mart rumored participation recently.
