Get the fuck off of Facebook. It isn't as hard as you might think!

There are many benefits...

- Less tracking to be subjected to
- More time to focus on authentic relationships
- You get to see how many 'friends' care enough about you to contact you outside of Facebook
- You will see less ridiculous stupidity, and read fewer idiotic posts. Besides, those are what GLP is for!

I didn't get on Facebook for years. People had to coax me onto it. After a few years, I got rid of my account. My days are brighter now.

It's a good idea to get off the faciebook, but I talk to my brother in another world, I yak with my mom who is quite old, and I keep up with my nieces, nephews, and cousins, plus my great nieces and nephews - which is damned cool.

Maybe it is what you make it, but know that no matter the use you choose in this era, you are not free unless you are in a tent on some land without any device, and if you were you wouldn't be posting on GLP.

The straight folk out there putting rainbows on their walls are just saying they support gay marriage. They're saying it as a confrontation against those who still oppose it.

Literally, most people don't care - the media inspired the dispute, most people don't care, and only get fired up when it's pushed in their faces day and day and making them feel as though they should be enraged.

And add the Rebel Flag into the mix, just sprinkles over the recent riots, which happened on the other side of the Mason/Dixon line I must add, and folks get all squirreled up.

Just closed down my facebook today. It was not easy, but it was time. Almost everything on there is now political and anti-Christian. Time to just go underground and let em live with the world they've created. I don't have to be part of it. I'm checking out.

Well since the SCOTUS made their ruling I pray that it all dies down. Unfortunately they will probably find another cause to disparage the people of this country.

the local news here is usually way over the top about the pride parade.on and on,very in your face.very reserved this year.just a few clips maybe a minute or too.very odd indeed.usually dont watch except the traffic and weather and the weekend shooting/death count.

I know what you are saying. I have no problem with people coming together for a good cause, I hate when people who really don't like the cause pretending to love it to be in on the trend. This and the ice bucket challenge come to mind. I saw countless fucks doing the ice bucket challenge and had no clue why they were even doing it, the real cause so to speak. Fucking front running dolts.

The ice bucket challenge was an excuse to get wet. Lots of women did it.

Notice how in the course of less than two weeks, the sheeple were succesfully steered and controlled in a mass brainwashing: first it was the Confederate Flag issue and then it was Sodomite Marriage. It just happened so quick that I don't think most rational people have thought about how quickly and effectively they have been controlled. I don't think this level of propaganda and brainwashing has been on display in public since the days of the Third Reich. It is actually quite scary and of course is only preparation and experimentation for the horror which is to come.

When I see all of the rainbow FB profiles I'm just very, very sad.

I deleted all mine. I am glad they got their whatever rights but I refuse to have people advertising their sex life all over my FB. None of the rest of us do or have been.
