They quoted this same quatrain from Nostradamus during Pope John Paul II's (Karol Wojtyla) visit to Lyon in 1986. There was huge talk about the Pope being assassinated during his visit. The city of Lyon is placed between two rivers, the Rhone and the Saone. They said he was going to be murdered in Lyon before the concert given by Jean Michel Jarre. Nothing of it happened. Wojtyla blessed the concert from the top of the Fourviere hill ending with fireworks. The mega-concert was a huge success and Wojtyla continued his visit without even a scratch. [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] I hope for all that nothing happens. Because if it does... |

Add to that this visit is unique. Never before and probably never again. One would almost get the feeling he knows he is coming here to fulfill destiny. This trip of his has such obvious conditions under which the prophecy could be fulfilled, that I have to think this pope is willfully attempting to fulfill it. Is he willfully sacrificing himself? |

He ask the basic questions that all humans ask before they are filled with dogma. He is a good man. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68570882 He is not Christian. Seems he has never read the Bible. Seems a lot of Catholics have not read the Bible. They change the sabbath, the 10 commandments, they call their priests, vicars and pope 'father' which is an abomination. Its all in the Bible. They have persecuted people of all religions, including Christians (for possessing Bibles). Catholicism is 'anti-christian' and is the one of the main reasons many people criticize Christianity due to their violent past. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 13797970 United States 09/22/2015 03:36 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This thought has been steadily growing on my mind: that Pope Francis will be targeted when he comes to Philly this September. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69641809 Think about it, Pope Francis is a threat to so many violent factions: Freemasons, the Gay Mafia, Satanists, the Neocons, Muslims, etc. I think TPTB are still fuming over the defeat Pope Francis handed them in Syria. You will recall that when things were at their worse for Syria's Assad and defeat was imminent, Pope Francis held a world day of prayer for Syria, and suddenly TPTB found themselves suffering setback after setback in Syria. It doesn't matter how hard they seem to try, it is like a spiritual wall was placed around Syria. Now we have the recent war on families launched by the Sodomites. As you may know, the Catholic Church has an unyielding teaching on Homosexual activity, and condemns homosexual actions. You can find the official Catholic teaching in the Catechism of the Catholic Church: "Homosexuality refers to relations between men or between women who experience an exclusive or predominant sexual attraction toward persons of the same sex. It has taken a great variety of forms through the centuries and in different cultures. Its psychological genesis remains largely unexplained. Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, tradition has always declared that "homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered." They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved." - CCC Pope Francis' trip to Philly suddenly takes on a huge spiritual and strategic significance following the recent ruling on Sodomite Marriage. Pope Francis is not going to change the Church's teaching as some vermin in the Midstream Media allege. No, far from it, he will uphold and defend the Church's teaching in front of an audience of millions. He will deliver a serious spiritual defeat to the Sodomites and for this reason I fear that he will be targeted and betrayed when he comes with a message of freedom and peace to the city where this great nation was born. This is how they will attempt to disarm the American Public. |
