Quoting: R. Wordsworth I was so sure this was bullshit, but after looking it up Washington state law allows minors to have access to birth control without parental consent. I don't think the authors of the law were thinking about medical procedures when it was written. The left wing law makers in Olympia could care less about the problems their policies cause. But an unawares parent would be stuck with the complications of the IUD, and there are plenty, that the State had allowed to be implanted in their child. They would be stuck with the physical problems of their child, and they would be stuck with the medical treatments. But what the heck, the Agenda would have been served well.
