I should also point out that the types of marijuana I smoke are either indica or hybrids. Sativas have a tendency to exacerbate my OCD and can make me manic. To be honest, I do enjoy them every now and then, however, but I do not indulge too often. The indica or hybrid I find very relaxing, easing my OCD and anxiety sypmtoms within minutes of smoking.
