any newborns would be taken in the pre-trib rapture event. after the event, who would be foolish enough conceive?

In the world-wide chaos that would be going on for months afterwards, I can't imagine anyone wanting to have children in general......but at some point I suppose they will and unfortunately for those born post-rapture, they will have to live under the conditions and events that will unfold those last 7 years.
