Where is the outrage over blacks continually committing hate crimes?

The idea of a "hate crime" being different from any other crime is pure discrimination. NOBODY should be charged with a "Hate crime".

Otherwise, you are agreeing that one murder is worse than another murder simply because of the motivation based on race or sexual preference or whatever.

If someone kills you, no big deal. It's not a "hate crime".

Someone kills a gay because he is gay, it's a "hate crime".

Total garbage. Murder is murder.

In an effort to have us all get along they make the punishment for some crimes worse then others. It's not working and it will never work so long as the law is enforced only on one group. Especially if that group is not the ones with the problem to begin with.

2 drivers are stopped for 90 mph in a 65. One is a pretty woman. The other is you. She gets a warning. You get a ticket.

Gee, I haven't read about any wholesale beatings or hangings of blacks occurring for nearly 100 years. Just WHO are these "we" of whom you speak? Must be pretty spry for their advanced age!

And considering that the white tax-payers have been underwriting the blacks' entire lifestyle for the last 3 generations I'd say that yes, they SHOULD offer to mow our lawns or paint our houses out of gratitude.

Of course THAT will never happen! That might mean having to actually do some physical work, and take time away from THEIR "national pastime" which is coming up with new and inventive ways to suck even MORE money out of whitey.

It took white people a long time to get over their racist views. For the most part I feel like my generation (born in the 80s had done this.).

It probably won't take nearly that long for them to get back to square one if the blacks don't knock off their ridiculous antics and fucking assimilate with the rest of society.

That type of discrimination does happen, but being honest and polite has gotten me out of plenty of tickets too.

White guy gets pulled over act likes a dick and gets a ticket.

Black guy acts decent and gets let go too.

What you just described is called "officer discretion". It's not a law.

Agreed. However, an aggravating factor can add to the punishment when sentencing time comes along.

Plus, the category of "hate crime" gives the Feds the opportunity to insert themselves into the situation if they feel like it.

You should consider the govt policy that encourages women to be without a man in the home. Women get paid by the govt for each child that they are raising without a man in the home.

The destruction of the family is a PLANNED govt program and by your own words, you see that the planned destruction is a success.

Your husband gets murdered at an ATM, leaving you with 2 young children to raise.

A gay man gets murdered for being gay and he leaves 2 cats.

Both murderers are found guilty, but your husband's murder was not a hate crime. The murderer gets 15-20 years.

The gay man's murder was a hate crime and the murderer gets 40 years to life.

Do you know why? Because they were most likely raised BEFORE Lyndon Johnson's "War On Poverty" changed the Black culture in America forever. In those days, Black people lived in families, had jobs, owned businesses, owned homes and cars, valued education, raised their children to be polite and respectful, and (yes) went to Church on Sunday.

Then came Johnson, and his Program is responsible for the mess we're in today. First, it destroyed the family because not only were young women paid to have babies, they got paid even MORE if there were no father on the premises.

Under the guise of helping the poor little non-family, the government exerted more and more control over their everyday lives as they took over for the absent fathers. From cheap or non-existent rent to food stamps, from education to transportation, from clothing to entertainment, the government provided it all.

And what of the young men who once would have been the patriarchs of their families? Well, they were basically given a life of leisure. Why work when it is all provided? They can flit from one "baby-mama" to the next and live off THEIR government-provided income. Why continue with your education when life can be one big party where if you want something you just take it with no consequences? Most black-on-black crime isn't even reported unless it's super-serious because the cops either don't have the time, the budget, or the inclination to investigate them. So then they take the retribution into their OWN hands which is when they DO come to the notice of the Police. Thus the crime statistics.
