Well, I can tell you round here where I live nearly everyone mows in the late evening in the summer. In the morning the grass is wet with dew and leaves mounds of grass between rows and in the middle of the day the sun will roast you right off the fucking mower.It will literally kill you. While I can sympathize somewhat with you, if you were living next door to me you'd have to put up with it or move. I am simply not going to get out and mow when it's unbearable when I can do it in comfort just to keep you happy. My suggestion to you is to e a little more of the same thing you want them to be to you, CONSIDERATE

Yes, I agree. the sound of a lawn mower is especially relaxing. Probably has something to do with childhood memories and the association with Saturdays

Ah quiet. That's what I am missing.

I have lights on my tractor and I use them.

No one complains around here anyway because everyone mows late and people are all inside anyway, with the windows closed and the air on. Every now and then you see some joker mowing in the middle of the day, but he usually ends up surrendering and comes out later to finish.
