Really that's not funny. That woman is either high on drugs or she is having a mental episode. Years ago the men in the white coats would have come to take her away to get help but now they just leave people like that alone with no help. Governments pretty much everywhere have cut mental health services while the population of people who need them has sky rocketed. Hence a recipe for sad YouTube videos like that. :dog1:
