The moral law was already broken with legalizing abortion/murder. Not saying that it is right to sell body parts but when murder of the unborn is legalized then all sorts of evil follows it. Anyone that could perform an abortion would have no problem selling the parts. And anyone having an abortion should not either since they don't see the unborn baby as a human being.

These are two different things. A stillborn baby was wanted and the parents will want to bury it. But then some might want to donate body parts if they go to research.
