I would suggest/argue to you that Walker did not understand the implications of that bill.
I didn't until the other day when I looked up how they reversed the Senate's treaty authority and turn the entire process upside down.

In every other situation Walker has been 100% Conservative and stuck to it.
I'm going with Democraps and RINO's deliberate obfuscation of the bill and what it REALLY did to the Senate vote on Iran.

As for the other two....
Rand and Rubio on actually voted for the bill and have OTHER non-Conservative issues floating around them.

I don't know enough about how this deal is not being forced to be entered as a treaty,

I don't know if this was the only way the Senate felt they would have some control over the sanctions being lifted.

Maybe I'm just trying too hard to give Rand the benefit of the doubt but it's getting harder.

The VAT(which he says isn't a VAT) is even more of a problem and he needs to clarify that and rework it so it's in favor of the middle class not the ultra rich.
