How does he have a bright light in front of him, or flash, yet the background is dark and there's no shadow of the guy? It completely looks like he was pasted over the background.

History of mental instability, probably un-treated, maybe off his meds.

In debt up to his eyeballs, about to or already has, lost everything.

Gun, knife, car, explosives, a container of gas, etc., etc. Would it have been better if he burned the theater down, or blew it up??

Hand gun is convienent. Fits in a pocket and requires no planning or hand to hand combat.

An suv running people down at a crosswalk or park/parking lot would have killed many more and requires no hand to hand.

But the court documents, which detail a divorce filing by Houser's wife in May, reveal a life plunged into disarray: He made threats to family members, had a history of hospitalizations for his mental conditions and was known to law enforcement.

On April 21, 2008, police were called to the Housers home in Georgia for a "mentally disturbed person" call. Police say when they arrived, Houser's wife, Kellie, told police that he had a "history of mental problems (manic depressant and bi-polar) and currently is prescribed medication to take daily."

The police wrote that Kellie Houser "stated that sometimes he forgets to take his medication and sometimes he forgets to eat, which affects his behavior as well." She told officers she removed the guns from another home in Phenix City, Alabama, because he "should not have one" and may have obtained them illegally.

Do we have testimony of suv murders who survived the incident to claim a mid-life crisis?
