No, their owners should be. They are good dogs if trained properly. The jaw they have was bred into them.

I had a neighbor with a beautiful light brown Pitbull named Thor. He was very sweet but my Pekingese was mean and he learned to know that she was the dog he needed to hate. He was strong and unfortunately, the teenager in the apt. "sicked" him on possums and squirrels. I ratted on him to his mother because that is very dangerous. They can't be taught to attack.

That is not true. They can become very good family dogs if trained well. The owners have to be responsible. Don't leave the dog alone with a baby, but I wouldn't leave any large dog alone with a baby. It's just common sense. You have to watch small dogs with babies because they are hyper and can bite if the baby waves his arms at them. The owners have to always be aware of what Pitbulls are capable of and think before they take chances. People are just stupid. It's not the dog's fault. You sound like one of those "anti-cruelty society" volunteers. They put dogs to sleep for eating their poop. They put them to sleep practically for breathing. They should call themselves "anti-humane society".

How about calling him "Pitbull"?

How about "Bull" or "Lucky" (I know, it's common, but he is lucky).

I think those breeds shed horribly and the German Shepard is very prone to arthritis.

I wonder if animals can take Astaxinthin. It's certainly been a help this year for my pale skin that tends to burn quickly. I take the 8 to 12 mg dosage.

I would love to post pics (but can't) for all you Pit haters of a very sweet natured deaf albino who was treated awful. In a fit of rage the Tweaker b/f of the female owner Sharpie marked all kinds of nasty words and drawings all over the dogs pure white coat. It was so sad to see. What's even worse I showed the pics to my now PREVIOUS Vet and she thought it was funny. I fired her...
