You won't be getting the insurance from the guy bc he was probably told by the insurance agent all drivers need their own insurance. He probably did tell your son or maybe he knew your son couldn't afford the insurance, decided not to tell him. It's a common problem with pizza delivery. Anyway, call your states department of banking and insurance and file a complaint. They will get you the information. |

Quoting: Gami Yes, I found online the Calif insurance company website, pritects consumers. Also, calling a friend's cop friend in rhat city to escort him in to get info. It was a 3 car accident, the person who caused it took off. At time of hire, he didny say anythung about insurance coverage fir pizza delivery. I will post feedvack as we get it. Thx for comments.
