POssession of child porn most definitely is a crime.
Just downloading it onto your computer is a felony.


And it's one I don't really understand. I don't much like other people's kids and sure as hell don't find anything sexually provocative about them. Seems pedophiles are incurable so might as well lock them up and throw away the key. Or make a Devils Islamd for them for life.

if I was INNOCENT of child porn, I would plead not guilty simply because any false admission of guilt from me could lead the trail away from the REAL perps, the ones actually harming children. My FIRST thought wouldn't even be 'cya', if I was made aware of child porn at any level, it would be how to end it, rescue the kids, and help them.

So anyone who says that someone pleas out for a lesser charge even if innocent..well, even if that person is innocent, they too are 'cya'..looking out for number one if they 'plead out' to avoid a confrontation.

But it's my opinion that MOST accusations are the ones we know about that are very real and have backup to them, and are just the tip of the icburg.

Nowadays it's easy for them to plant evidence on your computer. All the prosecutor has to claim is that it's in the name of national security and they don't have to reveal how they discovered the porn on your computer.

There is a case of a guy accused of killing his wife and that is exactly what the prosecutor told the defense attorney when he requested information about how the evidence was obtained off of the defendant's computer.

I just had to sign some release forms at a new doctors office and HIPPA privacy laws are a joke. In the paperwork it states that if they (and they never define "they) believe you are a risk to yourself or others then they can open your file for the world to see.

I got a parking ticket a few months ago - A PARKING TICKET - and it sat on my windshield for about 12 hours before I found it. On parking tickets now (in Michigan) they don't just list the car and the plate number, NOOOOOOO, they list everything a moving violation would - except its sitting on your windshield for anyone to see. If I was an Identity thief I would have gone around the city and pulled tickets off of everybody's windshield and retired! Fucking cop acts stupid when I call and ask about all their preaching about taking care of protecting my identity and then they go and publicly place a piece of paper that has my full name, date of birth, address, Sex, Height, Weight, etc.
