i wouldnt call it "undeniable" or say case closed. remember up until recently scientists thought archaeopteryx was the transitionary phase between non avian dinosaurs and modern birds. they have since found it was all bird. they were wrong. i would withold judgement on this one.

In Genesis the snake apparently had legs. More proof for the Bible than evolution.

If the idiot evolutionists want to find a transitional fossil they need to do better, because when God cursed the serpent He said " upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:". That's Genesis 3 btw. A creationist could easily suggest that this is a fossil of a serpent pre-curse. It fits.
