It is natural for a person to try and survive. If these people would kill you, then you cannot trust that giving them this information would protect anyone either.
(It would be foolish then to go to them!)
You can try to put this information in to the DHS or some other department that may take action. If you know who they are.

The only other thing I can see doing is putting it out on the web. I would say try the real (mainstream) media, but lets face it, they won´t go with this story now either.

So, if it truley that dire, post as much verifiable information as you can here. If you have evidence enough people will likely post it in other places and the word will spread.

The hard part would be in getting people to believe you.
There are a lot of Hoaxes on the web....
