The reality of someone on LSD is no less valid than the reality of someone who's not on drugs. Even the existence of objective reality is doubtful. Maybe the existence is fabricated in a self-consistent loop by consciousness. Self-consistency means that we create reality by being conscious of it: the reality conforms to our expectations of it and reality is what we perceive it to be. |

Smell and Taste Are basically the same. Just nerves with receptors that report to the brain via nuerons and tell our brains how edible things are. My conclusion: Our lives are basically a lie! So what is really going on here?!!!??! That's the million dollar question. Everything consists our of atoms. Your eardrum, your brain, air, all matter are just atoms. The whole earth, its atmosphere and everything that lives on it can be viewed as a bowl of atom soup. Different atoms vibrate at different frequencies, but it is just a bowl of atom soup in the end. |
