jealousy at the work place
My husband had to break up with a woman he was working with over email because it was just easier to get his job done over the phone. He broke it to her nicely telling her that it's him and not her and phone calls move quicker. He had me make a phone call for him and then they transferred me to her once they found out the company name. I gave her an offer and she immediately responded with a whimper in her voice saying that she was corresponding with someone from the company over email and that she had been working with him (as if I'm the third wheel now, HA). I asked her her name and then I figured out this is the bitch he broke up with her earlier that day. She told me she would submit my offer and asked for my phone number so I gave her my husband's so she wouldn't feel so heartbroken over the way he booted her earlier. I knew that would make her feel vulnerable and push this deal through with the price I was asking. It worked, she called him and he avoided her calls but he sent her an email confirming the deal. She even told him that some woman from his company called, I can't believe that bitch got all jealous like that. Should I call her back and tell her I'm his wife and not just some woman or should I stay cool and keep giving her ridiculously high offers so my husband can take advantage of her feelings for him?
