Well, at least they didn't shoot her. People need to learn to comply with the police and not bicker and argue with them.

I wonder why blacks think they can fight with cops. You see it over and over. If you have a complaint, you have to file it properly, not duke it out in the streets.

They don't seem to have any concept of what cops are and why they have to obey them. She acts as though this is a couple of two random guys who just showed up out of nowhere instead of uniformed law enforcement officers.

She removed the handcuffs and took the pepper spray and tazing and didn't even shut up!

The woman was not drunk and the psychopathic predator pigs had no lawful cause to arrest her. There was no lawsuit because the da tricked her into pleading guilty to the misdemeanor.

I'm no law major, but she refused to properly take the breathalyzer and was showing other signs of possibly being drunk. She became combative and uncooperative for no reason, so to detain her/arrest her for resisting was not outrageous.

What do you think should've happened, they should've taken her word for it that she wasn't drunk and just let her go on her merrily way?

They had no lawful cause to stop her in the first place. So the cops should not have stopped her. She was under no lawful obligation to comply with them. Tactically speaking, it would have been in her best interest to comply with the unlawful arrest to avoid being harmed and sue the pigs and the county later. Unfortunately she was unaware of her rights.

The da did not reduce all those charges to a misdemeanor out of the goodness of his heart. He did it to prevent the county from being sued to oblivian because he recognized the actions of the pigs as unlawful.

You need to learn the difference between statute and law.
