Tony Hurley Frank Luntz and his focus group are no better then kelly. Trump got most of the crucifixion question so he gave defensive answer. I agree. Trump is saying all the right things, especially for people like GLPr's, but given his background I can't see how people are thinking he isn't a set-up, somehow.

Granted, he is being crucified by all sides right now, but wouldn't some of them be in on it too? Same guys who control the parties control the media, they are experts at mass manipulation. Of course they would use the media to push people where they wanted them to go.

Case in point, with all Obama's talk of grabbing guns during his terms in office, the end result was that Americans have bought record numbers of guns and ammo. And they didn't stop, when they knew this was happening, but pushed harder and harder, almost like thier plan all along was to prepare the American people for war or economic collapse or something.

We are now armed to the teeth, food stored, geared up, ready for whatever comes. 20 years ago, most of us were blissfully unaware of any of this, and the concept of "prepping" was nothing near what it is today. Thanks to Bush and Obama, we are more ready than we have ever been.

I could see them getting fox news to play bad cop with Trump in order to push the now large and growing alternative media crowd more towards him. We're all like, "FOX IS BASHING HIM AS MUCH AS THE LIBERALS!!! OMG!! See, they are SCARED of him! TPTB wanna take him out!"

When, in reality, Trump is one of them. He is a 1 percent-er. This has to be a set-up.

I'll tell you one thing, their plan is evolving. They are learning. Learning us. Learning what appeals to us now, probably by monitoring sites just like this, and adapting to changing social constructs.

Trump could be their perfectly crafted candidate to bring the disillusioned GLP type, conspiracy crowd back into the fold and get them voting and participating in the system again.

I would be very wary here. I sense something sinister in all this.

Still, though, Trump shouting about how stupid our leaders are, and even more the glee it elicited from the "moderators", the way they pounced on it fangs dripping, was bad form, even if it is true.

Although I am kind of tired of the truth "offending" people so much, nobody wants to speak it. Our leaders are stupid, there is no doubt there.

He just needs to be a bit more diplomatic and not act like a perpetual frustrated victim. He comes off as a self promoting asshole, to be honest, regardless of the good things he says, which there are an awful lot of those.

You can't get elected if you aren't likeable, and he really comes off as an asshole.

Mass Media is like the Feds. They have immense power but in the finial analysis they can only have a limited number of tools to do the job, and when these tools won't do the job, they have no alternative but to use the tools they have.
