After what the Koreans did to NEPA(North East Pennsylvania), and broadcasting loud and clear to the degenerates of NYC we exist, I hope they know they are on their own. It is a shame they are fighting, I hope it doesn't effect their neighbors. |

That's why the South Korean soldiers got blown up in the first place. They were digging under the fence at the DMZ in an attempt to get into the DMZ. That's why the North Korean news website has been down for the past month. The South (USA) has been planning a provocation and doesn't want the North to be able to respond to its propaganda. |

Quoting: archangel300 I feel the People's Democratic Republic of Korea now senses that its time to strike has come. They are confident that the U.S. is too weakened to send aid. Kim Jong-un is in expansion mode. It's the only solution to a starving, impoverished, failed regime. Redistributionism. Besides that, Lil Kim is still fresh in power and by their rules, he needs to start a war to secure his authority. Written by his grandfather, the founder of this shitty NK government. Lil Kim needs a war large enough to secure his power yet small enough to keep the US out of it. But then, if the US is tied up, yeah, I see lil Kim making a move. |

If no one on this board had any idea how the fence system on the southern side of the DMZ works, I will explain a few things. The fence on the south side of the DMZ is NOT IN THE DMZ!. It is south of the DMZ in South Korea proper. There is gates in the fence in specific places so the troops can walk outside the fence (the side facing the DMZ but still in SK) so they can inspect for any NK activity. They regularly walk on both sides of the fence on regular patrols. During the night landmines were placed directly inline with one of those gates in the fence (in SK proper), So as the people walked through the fence to perform their regular patrol on that side, they were blown up. As per the video, you can see the group was just starting to move through the gate when it exploded. |

They have security video proving they have security cameras on this hot spot--a spot that truly needs 24 hours watch. Why didn't they see the people putting the boobie trap there? Why didn't they notice it? How did this happen? Did they pull the video to see who actually did it and how? And how, once done, two men have their legs blown off, sadly, because no one noticed? It's just doesn't make sense--to have post blow up and no one noticed or checked the checkers to make sure all was okay. |

Most cameras are only viewed irregularly or after incident. Concealment is possible even if manned 24 hours a day, which is improbable. Dmz is the only real wilderness left in Korea from what I know. Decades of armistice have left it intact and wild. Who wants to log the dmz? No one, that's who. |
