Trey Gowdy said Sunday that Hillary Clinton will indeed testify Oct. 22

I'm tired of Trey Gowdy and his grandstanding, nothing ever happens. Has anybody else noticed that?

It's all political theater and you guys who continue to entertain this phony are part of the problem.

Given the joke that the DOJ has been during Obama's reign, who could actually get anything done?

Gowdy is entertaining as hell and a master debater, and I really do hope he'll head up the DOJ one day as AG.

Trey Growdy should know by now, Shillary LIES, she should be ordered to testify UNDER THE PENTLY OF PERGERY...and even so, she should be forced to supply documentation of anything positive she tries to use to circumvent her criminal activities of using her private server for government work....yes government employees are allowed to use their personal computers...A LAPTOP...THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE A PERSONAL SERVER TO CIRCUMVENT GOVERNMENT SERVERS.....

Trey Growdy best do a good job here...if he fails we the people...we need to vote him out, Shillary belongs in jail, Growdy is suppose to be a TOP NOTCH prosecutor, i hope he doesn't fall prey to Shillary's bribe money! Shillary's actions ARE CRIMINAL UNDER THE LAW...she deserves the full measure of the law...she has murdered while she was first lady...vince foster....and got away with it....this time; she better NOT avoid a JAIL SENTENCE with her lies.

bibe money...shillary and billyboy have their foreign money in their foundation....selling secretary of state secrets to foreign nations is not far fetched....if growdy goes easy on Shillary ...you can bet your booties he's been given bribe money in exchange for not raising incriminating questions for shillary under oath has to answer.

I like everything I have seen about Gowdy, except he always votes the Party line.

Why do you think Hillary is running for president, she has some more time to hide things. She is not stupid, corrupt more than likely, stupid no. You can use many thinks and running for president is one of them. First it was she what a head injury, every time anything important was asked she fake tears, I mean faked them, turn around when they stopped a question she did not want to answer, then another just a question or two later and said, want does it matter. They should learn, some women fake tears and she is good at it, not good tears faking but pretending she is crying.

Are these men that gullible?

With the latest count of top secret emails on HER head, hopefully she'll already be in jail awaiting trial. Would they allow her out for this?

When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration. Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovered of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

Many younger votes will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files ofClinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House. Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.

Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the “bimbo eruption” and scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle was:
...She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.
...She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.
...Hillary’s devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath' to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.

After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen!


Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will fall next. But to her loyal fans - “what difference does it make?”

You missed Benghazi, Chinagate, her muslim brotherhood aide Huma, and a very long list of deaths of people associated with her and hubby.

Maybe not. The WH has been behind the shove under the bus she's been experiencing lately. They rather enjoy seeing her destroyed.

When State Department officials first discovered that Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal email account contained classified information, they did not seize the thumb drive containing her digitally archived inbox but rather provided her attorney a special safe to secure the device, according to interviews and documents.



The move allowed Mrs. Clinton’s attorney to keep the device for several additional weeks while State officials reviewed paper copies of the emails for possible classified data. Officials were unconcerned that the thumb drive remained out of their possession because preservation orders from courts and Congress would ensure that her attorney would not destroy the evidence. The digital archive was turned over to the FBI for examination this month.




Throughout the review process, career State officials who normally handle the release of data under the Freedom of Information Act ran into disagreements with attorneys about which information in the emails was classified, The Washington Times has learned.

The disagreements are part of a complex, and at times tense, process in which career lawyers and career FOIA officials, along with a dozen intelligence review analysts from different agencies, are trying to identify and protect intelligence information contained in Mrs. Clinton’s personal email account. State and FOIA lawyers normally work together on such requests, but this case has heightened tensions given Mrs. Clinton’s status as the Democratic presidential front-runner.

The ongoing process has already flagged 60 of Mrs. Clinton’s personal emails as containing classified information at the “confidential” or “secret” level, although a debate is raging over additional emails that the intelligence community and career State officials believe contain more sensitive top-secret data, officials confirmed.

Amid the tensions, some career State employees have now alerted the intelligence community to irregularities that they fear may hide from the public the true extent of classified information that passed through her personal account, people familiar with the matter told The Times.

Lol... well finally! A year and a half now into the select committee investigation and finally they are going to interview someone near the top of the command chain.

Let's see.. will the select committee actually do something other than protect people at the top like Hillary?

What total bullshit.

Gowdy will look angry and opinionated. But will be unable to deliver any facts (even legally as a matter of national security) that will definitively point to any criminal wrong doing by Hillary.

The interview will in fact further Hillary's chances at winning an election,

And do absolutely nothing to further the "official" investigation,
