I view multiple cabinet level departments as being unconstitutional so the first action I would take would be inaction. I would not appoint anyone to the Secretaries of the Interior, HUD, DHS, Commerce, Transportation, Labor, Agriculture, HHS, and Education positions.

then I'd prepare to fight it out with congress in front of the supreme court because of my inaction, all the while pushing to totally defund these departments and strip them of any power and influence they've acquired.

In military tech, we develop more Plasmonic metamaterials and morphing and cloaking surfaces for our aircraft patents, advances in Robotic army , microair MAV vehicles, drone and navy autonomous boats , Darpas hydra project, and the flying helicarrier are all profitable in the years to come.

For security, we develop on mind reading software, remote neural control and emotion predicting software and bio metric reading devices to stay a step ahead and stay in control.

Fresh water will be a top commodity, and so will rising food prices and the desperation for farming methods outside of reliance on soil and sun

Single world currency would be harder to implement cause the currencies we have now allows manipulation of the dollars and keeps the profitability up of exports .

But if a banking authority was established to oversee a singular Global currency, countries will lose power at the local level and give it to the global bank, Independent monetary policy would fall to the wayside and China will have to raise the costs of the goods cause they would lose control of the power of the currency exchange to the new International fund, This would be extremely dire and I see struggle and resistance coming out of this.

Some countries would weather it mildly and others severely, The transition to this will be no walk in the park.

The final step would be to establish a scapegoat type of man that will weather the criticisms of whatever goes wrong along the way. The True ones in power are as a rule, often hidden
