The Insider was interesting, but the problem remains: even if the truth were posted plainly in front of your faces, few would believe or understand it.

He (the Insider) did say the Earth was "a prison and worse..." so I imagine there was heavy Gnostic influence, but what other sources he drew upon to dilute or enhance his comprehension of the situation we can only speculate.

Hi Random! It's very annoying when one gets only half the story....all these whistleblowers are so cryptic. Would be great to have him back on the forum though.

Hope you are well... hf

Thanks, Divinity! Hope you are well too.

Yes, it seems that some have an alarming tendency to descend into vaguery when things become complex or highly speculative. However, we will all get there in the end somehow, I feel: there is too much desire for Truth to be eventually unrequited, methinks.

Peace and blessings to you, sister.

Re: * The Insider *...was he a Gnostic?
The Gnostic forms my belief system. Truth is there for all you have only to see it. Earth isnt a prison but it is hell called the marshes because it is so heavy with negative energy. Jesus was not what most people think. He strongly warned people about organized religion. Even against people called rabbi or minister etc. As I said the truth is before your eyes you have only to look. There are no mysteries
We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Re: * The Insider *...was he a Gnostic?
I don't like it when people say we're trapped in a prison and it's hell. I like to believe that Earth is a beautiful place with many opportunities for bettering yourself. My life is filled with more wonder and happiness when I think of the gifts this planet presents. Just focusing on the bad just brings me more bad things. Now this might sound idealistic, but it's more like visualizing the life I feel I'm meant to have as a human and looking for paths towards that.

Re: * The Insider *...was he a Gnostic?
The Ten Major Principles of the Gnostic Revelation
---------------------------------------

The Gnostic Christians of the second century believed that only a special revelation of knowledge rather than faith could save a person. The contents of this revelation could not be received empirically or derived a priori. They considered this special gnosis so valuable that it must be kept secret. Here are the ten major principles of the gnostic revelation:
 Quoting: Divinity

That is not exactly true and gnosis means 'knowing' and as we know that is very different to 'knowledge'. What is termed as Gnostic Christians were actually spiritual/mystics. One as to remember that prophet schools existed in the middle east until 100BC. As I understand it the term Gnostic/Gnosticism is a term developed in the 19th century and those called Gnostics did not call themselves this name.

When the great library of Alexandria was ransacked by Christian fathers in 387, and what was left of it incinerated by the Mohammedans in 641, an inestimatable wealth of ancient mystery teachings were destroyed. It begs the question why did people feel so threatened by this library of ancient origins and philosophy. Scholars travelled from all over the world to study here.

What you call Gnosticism was fundamentally incompatible with an institutionalised, proselytizing, authoritarian mass religion, in fact they were the complete opposite because they stood for freedom, liberation and redemption through inner reflection and Gnosis of the self. In Luke it states the “The kingdom of God is within you’. There were many different factions and in modern times Carl Jung, Goethe and William Blake aligned with gnosis.

The way of Plato, Jesus, his followers and many others that came before them was salvation and ascension through self-realisation; self-referral, self-observation, otherwise known as the ascent of the Tree of Life.

So gnosis is knowing the self, when we know the self, we also know God and the cosmos. Nature, nurture and environment.

The creator of this world is demented. The world is not as it appears, in order to hide the evil in it, a delusive veil obscuring it and the deranged deity.

The church characterised these spiritual people so that they could demonise them as heretics. Gnosis and knowing is individual and unique, as such there was no one set of beliefs/dogma. There were a range of different views, experience and gnosis. Knowing comes from experience and from the experience comes the revelation.

There is another, better realm of God, and all our efforts are to be directed toward

a: returning there

Yes

b: bringing it here

They knew it was already here within.

Christ gave, rather than received, revelation; he taught his followers how to enter the kingdom while still alive, where other mystery religions only bring about amnesis: knowledge of it at the "other time" in "the other realm," not here. He causes it to come here, and is the living agency to the Sole Good God (i.e. the Logos).

He did receive revelation in the same as the others did. It speaks about in the Essene Gospel. The ancient mystery teachings taught the same gnosis that the Kingdom is within. Christ did not cause it come here, he said 'it is already here but you do not see it'. The texts tell us that he only taught his followers the first level which is self mastery. He gave them the milk but he did not give them the meat because the Apostles were not ready for it. However, he does appear to have given more teachings to Mary Magdalene and Thomas.

Probably the real, secret Christian church still exists, long underground, with the living Corpus Christi as its head or ruler, the members absorbed into it. Through participation in it they probably have vast, seemingly magical powers.

Not magic, each of you can create miracles, in fact Christ predicted this would be so.

The division into "two times" (good and evil) and "two realms" (good and evil) will abruptly end with victory for the good time here, as the presently invisible kingdom separates and becomes visible. We cannot know the date.

Christ was beyond duality, the date is up to you and your own ascent.

During this time period we are on the sifting bridge being judged according to which power we give allegiance to, the deranged creator demiurge of this world or the One Good God and his kingdom, whom we know through Christ.

The term judgement in the original Hebrew means choice and decision and each and every day people can make a choice.

But the point is, if this is a prison or worse, don't you think we need to focus on how to get out!?????

If you perceive life as a prison it becomes so. The ascent of Tree of Life is straight up, you just have to unlock the doors on the way up. Seek within and you shall find, knock and the door will open.

Life is the Law and nature is its holy scroll.

In the ancient mysteries they spoke of captivity and this is really the same as samsara. People become captives of earthly reality, materialism, rigid belief systems etc etc....

Re: * The Insider *...was he a Gnostic?
Two aspects of Gnosis will be adressed in the next couple of years. Gnostc knowledge gets you in the correct frame of mind but does not give an understanding of how you get there. IE: The actual science/phyics of how/why you see/feel different are missing. Difficult to use an effect when the cause is unknown. This will change.

The other aspect is that no matter how different you see/feel, unless others around see/feel in a similiar way, nothing happens other than frustration of knowing it need not be this way. Universal knowledge addresses this.

The science/mechanics of how it works allows the multitude to embrace the gnosis and through their altered perception, our world changes.

Good time to be here.
