Add ssw.live.com to that list as well per the last comment. I'd err on the side of caution and just add these to a router domain blacklist.

Go to Settings and then click on the privacy tab and turn stuff off. It takes 60 seconds.

Honestly unless you are downloading child porn or planning terrorist attacks nothing will happen. They are just catching up to what android and apple have been doing for a few years now... tracking you so they can make money off you for ad purposes.
