No exercise at all, metabolism ridiculously low, no self worth at all. Somehow these people have "someone helpful" that feeds, bathes, cares for them. I saw a vid where they literally ripped part of a wall down to get the man out. It is sad though, symbiotic relationship with their murderer basically.

I'm underweight, 50kg, try to put on weight - eat well, studied nutrition, but then i found out that i had a hormone issue, adrenal glands don't work, low blood pressure, lose weight, the next step is death, which is the path my aunt went down, luckily i've been diagnosed in time.
Hormone issues generally are genetic.

It happens the opposite way too - too much hormone = your body does not synthesise your food like it should and stores it all.
Many overweight people due to hormone issues are, ironically, nutritionally deficient due to bad absorption of foods.

Cortisol is the primary hormone, when severely out of balance, causes drastic weight loss OR weight gain, depending on whether you are deficient in the hormone or produce too much of it.

It's easy, simple science to understand.

Everyone who's ignorant of the above, which is most people, thinks if you're skinny you starve yourself, and if you're fat you must eat a truckload every day.

Just stop with the fucking judgements, stop the shitty assumptions spewing from your mind, and just consider, that sometimes, many times, people have REAL problems and need help, not ridicule.

Education is priceless and stops you looking like a complete ignoramus with every comment you post on the internet...try it!

They are immobile, so what a perfect opportunity to trim down their eating to healthful foods and portions!

But if they are shoveling crap calories into them, then that is sort of like murder, in a way. A slow methodical sick way, too. Maybe the lady was connected to $ in some way so keep them obese, trapped, and funded?

So sad. I actually feel bad for the lady, although she should have really stopped eating unless she's got some food addiction along with other issues.

That's a good point. 70 seems odd that she has enough strength to pump blood all those miles.

Further to my post about the whale exercising all day...there is a hospital in NY just for obesity problems and for corrective surgery. Lapbands, bypass surgery.

They also do radical procedures, reducing the stomach size to just a couple of ounces capacity and reconnecting the stomach to further down the small intestine, bypassing the first 12 inches or so.

They discovered that after the bypass, the weight loss was so quick and the diabetes disappeared so fast, that they believe that this first 12 inches of small intestine has alot of stuff in it that they don't know understand.

Welfare eater. End of story.

Daily meals of salty sugary snacks loaded with fat. Probably ate fast food daily.

No toilet can handle that wait so...
